How the Project Process Works
No matter what your specific project is, the process from start to finish begins with a Discovery Call.
Discovery Call & Proposal
I find the best way to begin a business relationship is to find out if we’re a good fit! Start with a Discovery Call & Questionnaire so that we can get to your needs asap on the call. If we agree to move forward, I will put together a proposal and contract for signing. If the project gets the green light, the next step is Content Upload & Share.
Content Upload and Share
This step brings all the necessary content needed for the project together. This is where the project can stall, so, it is vital that you already have the content, or are in the creation phase so that we can get going and keep up the momentum. We’ll set up a secure system for sharing content and access to platforms, and a schedule of updates, content requests - whatever is required to complete the project.
Kajabi Project Build
You will receive regular feedback as I work on your project. Depending on what I’m working on, I may need you to approve early-stage work before continuing. Open, honest, and frequent communication is important if I am to meet the agreed-on timeline. After submitting the work to you for approval, we will have a Zoom call to finalize any changes and edits you require. Once you’re happy with everything, I’ll hand it over to you with 2 weeks of support.
